What it detects

This rule detects creation of the com.apple.act.mond artifact which the compromised axios npm package drops as a Mach-O universal binary and Library Caches persistence file masquerading as an Apple system daemon. The Apple-like naming in an attacker-controlled context indicates the macOS variant of the supply-chain RAT establishing persistence.
