What it detects

This rule detects AddInProcess.exe launched with XMRig style mining arguments such as cpu-max-threads-hint or the rx/0 algorithm, the process injection host the 8220 Gang uses to run its Monero-family cryptominer. Abusing the signed AddInProcess binary hides the miner inside a trusted .NET component. Detecting these mining arguments surfaces resource-hijacking cryptomining activity.
