What it detects

This rule detects a JSP file being created under the Ivanti EPMM mifs Tomcat webapps directory, the webshell drop location observed after CVE-2025-4427 and CVE-2025-4428 exploitation. It matters because a JSP file here is a persistent server side backdoor rather than legitimate application content.
