What it detects

This rule detects modification of the DisableTaskMgr policy value that blocks users from launching Task Manager. QwixxRAT sets this value under the System policies key to prevent analysts and victims from inspecting or terminating its processes. Disabling Task Manager through policy is a defensive-evasion and impairment technique rarely used by legitimate software.
