What it detects

This rule detects a command shell using a directory listing with a rshell.exe wildcard under the WindowsPowerShell path to locate and invoke PowerShell, the evasion behavior of a RokRAT LNK chain that avoids writing the literal powershell string. Adversaries leverage the wildcard search to defeat naive command line string matching while still launching PowerShell, making early detection critical for catching the LNK stage before shellcode loading.
