What it detects

This rule detects the dllhost.exe DCOM surrogate hosting the CoOpenControlPanel CLSID {06622D85-6856-4460-8DE1-A81921B41C4B} and spawning a command shell or interpreter. Kaspersky reported this DCOM object being abused to load a malicious CPL into dllhost.exe for lateral movement. Child process creation under this specific surrogate indicates remote code execution used to move laterally between hosts.
