What it detects

This rule detects a full flush of iptables rules on a Linux host, an impairment step seen in the ChaosDB walkthrough to remove network restrictions before further activity. Clearing all firewall rules can open unmonitored paths for tooling and exfiltration. Because admins occasionally flush rules the rule is heuristic and should be reviewed in context.
