What it detects

This rule detects DNS queries to out-of-band application security testing callback domains which in-the-wild exploitation of the React2Shell CVE-2025-55182 remote code execution used to confirm code execution from compromised Next.js containers. Anomalous OAST domain lookups originating from an application server strongly indicate active exploitation or interaction-based vulnerability probing.
