What it detects

This rule detects curl silently fetching a file into the /tmp directory from a CloudFront-hosted URL, the delivery pattern used by macOS Shlayer and Bundlore to stage their payloads. Abusing a reputable CDN and a world-writable directory lets the adware retrieve and run components while evading reputation-based controls.
