What it detects

This rule detects execution of a generic script file placed in the Resources folder of Firefox, OnyX, or Deeper application bundles, the wrapper OSX CreativeUpdate uses to launch its miner on first run. Trojanized copies of these popular apps run the attacker shell before starting the expected application.
