What it detects

This rule detects taskkill forcibly terminating the Microsoft Defender system tray process which the Trigona actor killed to weaken endpoint protection prior to deployment and this matters because forcibly stopping security UI processes is an established defense evasion step and has no legitimate operational reason on a managed host.
