What it detects

This rule detects TerraStealerV2 copying the Chrome credential database to a LoginData file under ProgramData Temp prior to parsing stored logins. Adversaries leverage a copy of the locked credential store to read saved passwords out of process, making this specific copy path a strong credential-access indicator.
