What it detects

This rule detects the prt_exfil.sh script dropped under a .github directory by the prt-scan supply-chain campaign to harvest and exfiltrate CI secrets and cloud credentials during GitHub Actions runs. The fixed script name and location in an injected workflow directory is a high-confidence indicator of the injected payload.
