What it detects

This rule detects an NGINX worker loading a shared object from the /proc filesystem, the exploitation primitive of IngressNightmare where an injected ssl_engine directive points at a file descriptor under /proc. It is important because this yields unauthenticated remote code execution inside the ingress-nginx admission controller.
