What it detects

This rule detects a shell invoking curl to fetch a remote payload and execute it inline on Linux hosts. This technique was used to exploit the Langflow os.popen remote code execution vulnerability to pull and run a second stage from attacker infrastructure. Inline download and execution through a shell is a common initial foothold pattern that merits investigation.
