What it detects

This rule identifies PowerShell script block content that invokes vaultcmd to list stored credentials using the /listcreds parameter. Attackers can use this to enumerate credential entries from Windows Credential Manager categories, potentially enabling credential access before attempting further abuse. It relies on PowerShell Script Block Logging telemetry that captures ScriptBlockText containing the relevant vaultcmd and option strings.
