What it detects

This rule detects PowerShell launched with the hidden window, unrestricted execution policy and no-profile flag combination used by the PEAKLIGHT downloader to fetch and AES-decrypt a memory-resident payload. This flag stacking is characteristic of obfuscated fileless staging.
