What it detects

This rule detects the net command enumerating high privilege domain groups such as enterprise or domain admins against the domain which is the reconnaissance performed in the SystemBC intrusion described by WithSecure before lateral movement. Interactive enumeration of privileged domain groups is a common early discovery step that precedes credential theft and targeted movement.
