What it detects

This rule detects execution of remote access and userland containerization utilities such as tmate, ngrok, PRoot and udocker. Wiz Research observed these tools abused during the Summer 2023 cryptojacking campaigns to maintain interactive access and evade detection, so their appearance on servers warrants review.
